Sage
Sage Fast Slow GO
6L stainless-steel pot · Automatic steam release
Editorial review Reviewed 25 October 2026 How we assess products
The Sage Fast Slow GO suits cooks who prefer direct food buttons to dial-led menus. It combines pressure and slow cooking with searing, reduction, steaming, sous vide (sealed food cooked in temperature-controlled water) and yoghurt options. The 6L bowl is uncoated stainless steel, and a trivet is supplied. It is useful for dishes such as risotto and pulses, with the option to brown ingredients and reduce the sauce in the same pot. Natural, pulse and automatic quick release choices help at the end, but the recipe determines which method is suitable. Keep clear of the steam outlet. The busy panel takes some learning, and the hinged lid is fiddly to remove for cleaning. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for valve care; the bowl and trivet can be dishwashed. Pick it for the food-button layout and automatic release, rather than for a large saving over Sage the Fast Slow Pro.
