Panasonic SD-B2510: features and buying advice
21 programmes, White
Editorial review Reviewed 27 October 2026 How we assess products
The Panasonic SD-B2510 makes evenly risen everyday white bread with an airy crumb, plus good wholemeal and suitable gluten-free loaves. Very airy bread needs careful slicing. Its 21 programmes cover bread, dough, cake, jam and compote, including four gluten-free modes. Medium, large and extra-large choices depend on the recipe. Mixing is quiet, but standard white bread takes about four hours and rapid baking nearly two. The buttons take some learning. There is no viewing window or automatic fruit, nut or yeast dispenser, so mix-ins need your attention. The broad body and opening lid need clear space. Choose it for routine family baking; the Panasonic SD-R2530 adds mix-in convenience and the Panasonic SD-PN100 suits smaller batches.
