Hisense 5S WF5S1245BW review: large loads and auto dosing
12kg freestanding washing machine · white
Editorial review Reviewed 5 November 2026 How we assess products
The Hisense 5S WF5S1245BW is a good-value starting point for households that regularly build up larger loads. Dependable stain removal, economical water and energy use and automatic liquid-detergent dosing give it a convincing everyday purpose. The wide-opening door and clearly marked drawer make loading straightforward. Its spin is less consistent than its cleaning and can be loud, so allow for extra drying and consider its position near living space. The 12kg rating is a maximum for suitable programmes, rather than every cycle or every bulky item; check the programme limits, garment labels and the machine’s 660mm stated depth before buying.
