Candy Smart CSE C9DF-80 review
9 kg condenser · freestanding · white
Editorial review Reviewed 6 November 2026 How we assess products
The Candy Smart CSE C9DF-80 is a lower-cost way to dry an occasional 9 kg cotton load without an outdoor vent. The dryness settings let you leave things slightly damp for ironing or take them further for putting away. Check you can get at the low water tank behind the lower cover. You’ll need to bend down to empty it regularly. Its older annual energy label figure is 616 kWh, so the saving at purchase can be overtaken by electricity costs if you start drying most days. In that case, compare it with a heat pump before deciding.
