Its 1200W heater and 12L/min circulation rating work with a clear display showing time and temperature together; manual operation and optional Wi-Fi are both available. App recipes help choose settings for the ingredient, size and preferred result, and the cooker remembers the previous setting. Leave water space between pouches rather than treating the vessel’s full volume as food capacity. Fixed-height plastic mounting, a short lead and awkward sleeve removal make placement and cleaning less convenient. A cover helps limit evaporation. Follow cleaning instructions, and remember that the timer alert does not itself stop heating. This is a home cooker, not a heavy-duty commercial bath or a chiller.
