Quest
Quest 35490 Large Teppanyaki Grill
48 x 26cm plate with eight wooden spatulas
Editorial review Reviewed 25 October 2026 How we assess products
The Quest 35490 Large is our all-round starting point for breakfasts and casual tabletop meals. The light body is easy to handle once cool, but a short lead limits socket reach. Its 48 x 26cm non-stick plate, adjustable thermostat and eight wooden spatulas make a practical package without a long party-grill body. Bacon, onions and small portions of chicken suit the open surface. The numbered dial needs practice, and thermostat cycling can slow browning; leave space between ingredients rather than covering every centimetre. Expect batches for four substantial adult meals. Wiping the cooled plate is generally straightforward, with a removable drip tray for grease. Protect the coating from abrasive cleaning and rough tools: scratches and an isolated initial warping complaint temper expectations of long-term non-stick performance. The Duronic GP20 gives more plate depth for mixed family meals.
