Yum Asia
Yum Asia Sakura
8 cups · Black and silver
Editorial review Reviewed 24 October 2026 How we assess products
The Yum Asia Sakura suits families who want more capacity and rice control without the cost of induction heating. It cooks up to eight supplied 180ml cups of uncooked white rice or six brown. Long-grain, basmati and brown rice can emerge fluffy and separate on regular and quick settings; exact times depend on the load. Its readable touch panel needs a deliberate start-button hold, helping avoid accidental starts. A crust cycle gives a browned base but can take around 90 minutes. Steam, slow cooking, porridge, cake and yoghurt modes, a preset timer and keep-warm broaden its role. Hand-wash the coated bowl and inner lid and rinse rice separately. The Yum Asia Kumo is smaller for everyday batches; Yum Asia Bamboo adds induction heating for enthusiasts.
