Perfectmix Cook suits people who care most about getting soup very smooth and want a capable blender alongside it. Its 1400W motor and heated glass jug handle soup and cold blending, with ten automatic programmes extending its usefulness to drinks, sauces and other recipes. Smooth texture is the reason to choose it over a cheaper jug-style model. The usable hot capacity is 1.4L. Cold limits vary by recipe: thick mixtures can reach 1.75L, while the manual gives a lower limit for cold liquids. The headline jug size therefore does not mean you can make that much boiling soup. A supplied steaming basket adds another cooking option. Removable blades and the cleaning programme make access easier than on a fixed-blade glass jug, but the appliance is still heavy and tall. Allow worktop space and room to lift out the jug. A smooth-soup programme takes around half an hour, so Compact is more appropriate when a quick small lunch matters more than powerful blending.
