The Hengbo HB-105 is a versatile eight-pan raclette grill for a shared meal of melted cheese, vegetables and small pieces of meat. Flat and ridged areas share the top plate, so you can cook ingredients that need different surfaces without swapping plates. The removable top allows access for cleaning. A raised edge and drip tray help contain juices, and the temperature dial lets you adjust the heat as the meal progresses. Its 1500W rating does not guarantee a faster meal or eight full portions at once; leave room to turn food and cook in small batches. Eight non-stick pans are supplied, but there are only four wooden paddles. Add suitable non-scratching utensils if everyone needs their own. It is our all-round choice for useful everyday cooking features; the Andrew James Traditional also offers flat and ridged cooking areas and a paddle each at a lower budget.
