Fellow Aiden
thermal-carafe filter coffee machine
Editorial review Reviewed 20 October 2026 How we assess products
The Fellow Aiden is for the filter drinker who wants useful control without a manual pour-over every morning. Guided brewing asks about the coffee and amount, then helps with the dose; more detailed profiles let you adjust the recipe. Separate single-serve and batch baskets make it more flexible than a brewer bought mainly to fill a large jug. That flexibility costs more than a basic drip machine and the 1.5L tank is smaller than the Sage’s. Allow space for the jug, baskets and access above the brewer. Choose the Aiden if different coffees, single cups and custom profiles will get regular use. For larger household batches with fewer reasons to change recipes, the Sage Luxe Brewer Thermal is the better-value starting point.
