The Witt ETNA Rotante is a strong choice for larger pizzas when you want help with turning. Its motorised stone rotates beneath a U-shaped gas burner, and a separate burner heats the stone from below. That combination is useful for serving several pizzas in succession, although it does not remove the need for a full preheat or sensible flame adjustment. A high starting stone temperature and lower flame during cooking can help balance the base and toppings. Budget for a peel, thermometer and the correct gas setup. The oven is large and weighs around 40kg, so arrange help to place it on a stable support and measure storage space before buying. Its extra capacity makes more sense for frequent entertaining than occasional small pizzas.
