Tefal Ingenio Emotion L897SM74 is nine pans within 22 pieces: 16/18/20cm saucepans, 22/24/26/28cm frying pans, a 26cm wok and a 24cm sauté pan. Three glass lids, two handles, four protectors and four utensils complete the bundle. The pans nest without their handles, useful when replacing a large collection in a small kitchen. Remove handles when not needed during cooking and always before oven use; pans are rated to 260°C. Clean handles separately and hand wash coated surfaces where possible. Some foods still need cooking fat. No plastic fridge-storage lids are supplied, and three cooking lids will not cover all nine pans. Check whether four frying pans add value for you. Cuisinart ClickSmart is a smaller compact option; Joseph Joseph Space keeps folding handles attached.
