Stellar Rocktanium SP30 is a broad 30cm aluminium frying pan with 5cm sides and titanium-reinforced QuanTanium non-stick. It gives larger portions room to spread out and contains stirring for dishes such as shallow risotto. Eggs and cooked food release readily with little oil, though bacon and pancakes can take longer to colour. At about 1.1kg empty, the wide pan feels less balanced on its relatively short handle. Check hob-zone fit and cupboard space before buying. All hobs, including induction, are supported; oven use is permitted to 240°C and dishwasher cleaning is allowed. Hand washing protects the coating. Stellar’s lifetime body guarantee and ten-year non-stick guarantee have separate terms. Tefal Jamie Oliver Cook’s Direct is a smaller 28cm alternative; Kyocera CFP-L10’s 26cm pan is easier to lift.
