Stellar
Stellar Classic IS60 Knife Block Set
Five knives in a beechwood block
Editorial review Reviewed 23 October 2026 How we assess products
Stellar Classic IS60 gives a first kitchen five useful knives and a beechwood block at a modest price. Its 15cm cook’s knife is shorter than the main blade in many sets, so consider how it will feel on large vegetables. Traditional full-tang knives make the value case; sharpening equipment is separate. Handling findings come from the same blade collection in a pine block, not a test of this beech block. Ninja adds included sharpening; Kuhn Rikon adds a longer main knife and a Santoku.
