Sage
Sage Toast Select Luxe review and specifications
2-slice toaster, Black Truffle
Editorial review Reviewed 18 October 2026 How we assess products
Six bread presets make the Toast Select Luxe useful when breakfast changes between white, brown, grain, rye, fruit bread and crumpets. A separate shade dial, LED progress indicator, A Quick Look and A Bit More give you ways to check and extend browning without restarting. Wide slots and high lift help with thicker or smaller pieces, although fruit bread can still be awkward to remove. The front-access crumb tray is convenient for daily cleaning. Its two-slice capacity suits one or two people better than a shared family breakfast. Leave access to the dial and lever on different faces. Choose it over a basic toaster when you will use those controls; the cheaper Kenwood Ripple is enough for simpler routines.
