Sage the Fast Slow Pro
6L pressure cooker and slow cooker
Editorial review Reviewed 22 October 2026 How we assess products
The Fast Slow Pro earns its higher price when you will use pressure cooking as well as slow cooking. It can sear first, pressure cook a meal when preparation time is short, and reduce the sauce afterwards. Allow time for pressure build-up and steam release in addition to the displayed cook time. The hinged lid, seal and valves take more cleaning, and mode-specific fill limits reduce the usable 6L bowl volume. A simpler timed slow cooker is better value if you will rarely pressure cook.
