Sage Barista Touch Impress with Cold Extraction
SES882BSS4GUK1 assisted espresso machine with automatic milk
Editorial review Reviewed 20 October 2026 How we assess products
Sage Barista Touch Impress with Cold Extraction is the current SES882BSS4GUK1 stainless model, rather than the older Barista Touch Impress. The touchscreen leads you through preparation, assisted dosing adjusts the next dose, and the tamping lever helps compress the grounds consistently. You still move the portafilter between grinder and brew head. Auto MilQ adjusts milk temperature and texture for dairy and selected plant milks. It is helpful for a household that wants lattes without learning a manual wand first, although milk choice and texture settings still affect the result. Cold espresso and cold-brew-style modes add choices beyond hot espresso.
