Robert Welch
Robert Welch Signature Book Oak Knife Block Set
Six knives in a slim oak block
Editorial review Reviewed 23 October 2026 How we assess products
Robert Welch Signature Book Oak combines six knives with a slim block that sits against a wall. Front or top withdrawal helps beneath cupboards, and the comfortable handles and short Santoku performed well in independent testing. The long carving knife was less convincing on chicken than ham; the kitchen knife was weaker on mushrooms than lettuce. Choose it for slim oak storage and a broad blade mix. Joseph Joseph is a cheaper compact option; Ninja includes sharpening.
