Philips’ NA565/92 combines air frying, steam and Steamfry in one flexible drawer. Remove the divider for a 9.5L space or fit it for 6L and 3L zones with synchronised finishing. Moist Steamfry chicken and crisp air-fried chips make it useful for different meals. Steam works in the whole basket or the 6L zone; the 3L side only air fries. The common drawer opens both zones together. The 800ml top tank needs access, and the manual requires at least 20cm behind the appliance for steam. SteamClean loosens grease but still includes washing the pan. The pan, divider and bottom plates are dishwasher-safe; wash the tank separately. The water system needs descaling, with a reminder after ten hours of steam use. It suits buyers who will use steam regularly, rather than those who only want a simple chips machine.
