Our Place Always Pan 2.0
Deep ceramic pan with lid and steamer
Editorial review Reviewed 23 October 2026 How we assess products
Our Place Always Pan 2.0 is a deep 27cm ceramic pan with a lid, steamer/colander basket and beechwood spatula that rests on the handle. Eggs and pancakes release readily with little oil, though batter can spread on the slick surface. It heats quickly and browns bacon evenly. Deep sides suit curries and stir-fries; pouring lips and a helper handle help with serving. The square grip can feel uncomfortable. Use gentle heat and soft tools, hand wash and protect the coating in storage. All hobs, including induction, are supported. Oven use is limited to 230°C; remove the wooden spatula and use gloves for hot handles. Buy it when the depth and included pieces are useful. Tefal Jamie Oliver Cook’s Direct is a simpler, less costly frying pan; Salter Marblestone covers budget hob cooking. The higher price does not eliminate coating wear.
