The Ninja Sizzle Pro XL GX101UK is for people who want enough open cooking space to make a batch worthwhile. Its 1,150cm² surface is advertised for up to ten burgers, with both a ribbed grill plate and a flat plate supplied. Digital temperature adjustment runs from 120°C to 260°C, and preheat detection plus a timer make it easier to manage than the basic Sizzle. The ventilated lid can be up, down or removed. It helps manage splatter but does not supply the heated upper plate of a contact grill. Food thickness determines how much fits, and a roughly 53cm-wide body needs considerably more room than the GR101UK. Removable non-stick plates help cleaning, but wait for the appliance to cool and follow the care instructions. Ninja Sizzle GR101UK is easier to store for smaller meals. Ninja hybrids are a better fit when a probe or air frying matters.
