The Ninja Sizzle GR101UK is an electric grill and griddle, rather than a press or air fryer. Swap between the ribbed and flat plates for burgers, halloumi, pancakes and breakfast food. Its mesh lid helps catch splatter, but is unheated: food still needs turning, and it will not press a panini from above. Allow about seven minutes to preheat and use a separate timer. Greasy smells and some splatter can escape, so position it near useful extraction. The plates lift out but need hand washing; the mesh lid can go in the dishwasher. Pancake batches may need recovery time between them, and runny eggs can spread towards the front grease channel. This is a hands-on cooking surface, not an automatic shortcut. Ninja Sizzle Pro XL GX101UK adds a larger surface, preheat detection and a timer. A pan can be quicker for small meals.
