PrecisionPro gives you a useful full-size processor without paying for a blender jug you may already own. Its 2.1L bowl has a 1.9L maximum fill, and the 850W base offers Chop, Disc, Dough and Purée programmes alongside three manual speeds and pulse. These are programmed cycles, not ingredient-sensing controls. Potato slicing, carrot grating and walnut chopping are strong everyday jobs; pastes can need longer processing. Suction feet and the lid interlock help make it reassuring to use. It lacks a whisk, and storing the tools inside the bowl stops the lid locking shut. Avoid heated dishwasher drying. It is a better buy than a mini machine for larger prep, while Sage adds adjustable slicing and dicing and Magimix suits more demanding dough work.
