Six presets between 60°C and 100°C make the stainless KT201UK useful if you switch between green tea, coffee and boiling water. You can also adjust the temperature manually and watch the display as the water heats. The kettle came within 1°C of the target on nearly every setting in an independent trial, boiled its 250ml minimum in 50 seconds and poured without drips. Hold Temp works for up to 30 minutes and holds at 93°C after a full boil. The steel casing gets hot, and the one-cup mark is inside the jug, separate from the illuminated water window.
