The black AF400UK is our overall family choice because its two proper drawers make different meals easier to coordinate. Set different temperatures and times, use SYNC to finish together, or MATCH the settings for a bigger batch. You can lift out one drawer without handling a second hot basket. It is a strong choice for crisp chips, salmon and chicken, with six modes covering more than frozen snacks. The removable drawers and plates simplify washing up, although hand-washing is recommended to prolong their finish. There are no windows or automatic food menus, and 9.5 litres split into two baskets will not accommodate the same wide dishes as a FlexDrawer.
