Magimix 4200XL is the premium choice for frequent preparation without the larger 5200XL’s main bowl. Its nested 3L, 2.6L and 1.2L bowls separate larger jobs, disc work and small chopping, while the main bowl’s working capacity is 1.3L. Rapid pizza-dough preparation, slicing, grating and puréeing are its strengths. Stop, Auto and Pulse controls keep operation simple, and the storage box protects the discs and blades. At 7.7kg it is better left on a worktop than lifted out for every job. Nested bowls can also mean extra washing if ingredients spill between them. The standard satin 18471 kit excludes the optional citrus press and Extra Press juicer. Choose 5200XL for more main-bowl capacity, or Sage when dicing matters more than premium dough preparation.
