Lakeland
Lakeland Mini Electric Rice Cooker
500ml, 2 portions
Editorial review Reviewed 24 October 2026 How we assess products
A small 500ml bowl and narrow body make the Lakeland Mini useful for solo meals or modest portions for two. White and brown rice can cook well without sticking; small white batches have taken roughly 20–30 minutes. A delay timer targets your meal time, automatic keep-warm helps with serving and a countdown appears near the end. The lightweight build feels basic beside the Yum Asia Panda Mini. Starch can bubble through the vent, and the lid holds condensation, so open it carefully and wipe up afterwards. Use non-metal utensils and hand-wash the bowl rather than assuming it is dishwasher-safe. This is too small for generous family batches.
