Kyocera
Kyocera Ceramic-Coated 26cm Frying Pan
Light aluminium body; hand wash only
Editorial review Reviewed 23 October 2026 How we assess products
Kyocera CFP-L10 is a 26cm aluminium-alloy pan with PFAS/PTFE-free ceramic non-stick and a steel handle. At about 883g it is easier to lift than many substantial steel-clad pans. Eggs release readily and pancakes colour well with little oil; bacon and steak also brown well with little oil. Quick heating suits ordinary frying. All hobs, including induction, are supported. The thin riveted handle can feel uncomfortable. Oven use stops at 200°C, and hand washing with a soft sponge is required after cooling. Protect the coating from knocks and abrasive tools. Ninja Extended Life Ceramic 20cm is more compact with a higher oven limit; Kuhn Rikon Culinary Fiveply has a more substantial body. Choose Kyocera CFP-L10 when a light pan with a useful cooking area matters enough to justify the premium over Salter Marblestone.
