Pebbled Palm styling, insulated double walls and a water-temperature dial give the Artisan 5KEK1522BPP a distinctive premium feel. Its 1.5L jug lets you select 50–100°C for different drinks, while the dial shows how warm the water remains between uses. The kettle boils relatively quietly and its insulated exterior feels cooler than a conventional metal jug, although the substantial body is heavy when full. Capacity is smaller than the 1.7L alternatives. The dial does not mean it actively keeps water warm: this kettle has no keep-warm programme. It matches the UK 5KMT2204BPP two-slice toaster, bought separately. The high price is easiest to justify when you value temperature choice and handling, not just a matching colour.
