KINGrinder K6: Capable Manual Grinding, One Dose at a Time
Straight-handle manual grinder, champagne silver
Editorial review Reviewed 23 October 2026 How we assess products
The KINGrinder K6 suits one person making deliberate espresso or filter coffee by hand. Steel conical burrs and an external dial provide useful adjustment; each click moves the burr gap by 16 micrometres, helping you track small recipe changes. This is the champagne-silver straight-handle model with a metal body. Its dial is easier to repeat than the Hario Mini Mill Plus’s underside adjustment. Fine espresso and dense beans require sustained cranking, so hand strength and the number of drinks matter more than the lack of a motor on the specification sheet. Use a dry brush for cleaning and keep the burr assembly out of water. It is a capable daily tool if the effort suits you; repeated household doses favour an electric grinder.
