Kärcher SC 5 EasyFix Iron Plug 1.512-663.0
Cylinder steam cleaner · 1.512-663.0 · No iron included
Editorial review Reviewed 30 October 2026 How we assess products
The Kärcher SC 5 EasyFix Iron Plug combines strong floor, oven and glass-cleaning ability with four steam settings and VapoHydro hot-water rinsing. A removable 1.5L tank feeds its 0.5L boiler and can be refilled during use. The 6m cable, tool storage and parking position help on larger jobs, but the 6kg body excludes water and accessories: carrying it upstairs takes effort. Strong steam and rinsing leave dirty water to wipe away. It is an expensive, substantial appliance for regular deep cleaning rather than occasional small spills. Iron Plug means an iron connection, not an included iron. The current kit has one round brush and three starter descaling sachets; other SC 5 bundles differ.
