The Joseph Joseph M-Cuisine 45002 cooks rice inside a microwave. Its 2L vessel comes with a colander, measuring cup and paddle that locks the lid and doubles as carrying handles and a serving tool. White rice can cook quickly and stay moist and separate; brown rice takes longer, and standing time matters. The vessel volume is not a safe raw-rice load: follow the booklet’s rice and water table. It is suitable for microwave ovens up to 900W, with timings adjusted for the appliance. Condensation can leave the microwave wet, and hot steam needs care when opening.
