Instant Pot Pro 5.7L
Coconut White · Wi-Fi controls and handled steel pot
Editorial review Reviewed 25 October 2026 How we assess products
The current Instant Pot Pro 5.7L suits frequent cooks who want app controls and a handled stainless-steel pot. Pressure cooking, browning and slow cooking are useful everyday strengths, with rice, steaming, sous vide (sealed food cooked in temperature-controlled water) and other programmes broadening its use. Instant Connect lets you monitor and control suitable cooking stages; it does not replace safe setup, food handling or the prescribed release method. Automatic release reduces valve handling. NutriBoost pulses food during suitable programmes and can help move sauces as they cook, but sufficient liquid and loosening browned food from the base with liquid still matter. The pot handles help with lifting, and the pot and permitted lid parts are dishwasher-safe. It is a premium cooker with more settings to learn, so a basic steel-pot model is easier to justify for occasional meals. This recommendation is for the current UK Coconut White Pro, rather than the older black Pro generation.
