The 24L HYS-AFO-01A digital-knob oven is a strong choice for crisp chips, fish and vegetables at a lower outlay than premium digital ovens. Pizza and toasties also suit its oven format. Ten presets add baking, grilling, dehydration and rotisserie cooking, although air frying is the main attraction. The controls beep frequently, the icons need learning and preset adjustments have limits. Its ordinary timer starts at five minutes and stops at 60, so short jobs need watching and long roasts need a reset. Rotisserie chicken can sit too close to the heater; good crisping does not guarantee easy whole-chicken cooking. Batter on the basket, exposed upper elements and residue between the door glass all add cleaning work. This is the knob model, distinct from HYSapientia’s touchscreen version.
