HexClad
HexClad 25cm Hybrid Pan
hybrid non-stick pan with lid
Editorial review Reviewed 23 October 2026 How we assess products
HexClad 25cm Hybrid Pan with glass lid combines raised steel, non-stick areas and an aluminium core. It suits onions, stir-fries, steak and covered cooking, with easier cleaning than bare steel. Follow initial seasoning instructions, use low to medium heat and add a little fat when needed: dry-fried eggs can require encouragement. The handle is comfortable, but the pan is substantial and expensive. All hobs, including induction, are supported; metal utensils and dishwasher cleaning are permitted. The glass lid stops at 200°C, below the body’s rating, so use that lower limit for covered oven dishes and gloves for hot cookware. Lakeland Tri-Clad is a wider, lower-cost hybrid; Our Place Always Pan 2.0 adds depth and a smoother ceramic surface. Buy HexClad 25cm Hybrid Pan for versatile browning and covered cooking rather than effortless eggs alone.
