Hario Mini Mill Plus: A Small Hand Mill for Occasional Brewing
Compact ceramic-burr hand grinder
Editorial review Reviewed 23 October 2026 How we assess products
The Hario Mini Mill Plus is a compact, inexpensive hand mill for occasional small brews and travel. Its light plastic body is easy to put away, while a reinforced hexagonal connection keeps the handle secure. The marked lower bowl holds up to 24g of grounds. Adjust the ceramic burrs using the small wheel beneath the grinding assembly; it is less convenient than the KINGrinder K6’s external dial when changing recipes regularly. Larger quantities require separate rounds of grinding and emptying. It suits someone who values compactness and a modest initial cost more than electric speed or precise espresso adjustment. For daily recipe changes, the K6 is the more useful manual investment.
