The Sage Green Dorchester 201270 gives you temperature controls on the handle and a display that shows the water temperature. Heat water below boiling for green tea or coffee, or use the default 100°C boil. The keep-warm programme can hold a chosen temperature between 40°C and 95°C for up to 40 minutes, useful if you pour a second drink later. It reheats as the water cools, so switch it off when you are finished. A 1.7L jug suits several drinks. The lid lifts off for filling, and the first water-window mark is two cups. The matching Sage Green Dorchester 201287 toaster is sold separately.
