GreenPan
GreenPan Frost CC010400-002
Self-freezing soft desserts and frozen drinks in grey
Editorial review Reviewed 9 October 2026 How we assess products
GreenPan is strongest for frozen drinks, sorbet and soft serve when guests would otherwise mean preparing frozen tubs ahead. It freezes chilled liquid recipes and dispenses into a glass or bowl, but firm scoops may still need freezer finishing. Five recipe modes plus Extrude/Clean give six modes, with texture levels varying by mode. Follow each recipe’s limits: too little mixture or over-freezing can interrupt operation, and arbitrary sugar-free mixtures are unsuitable. Keep solid ice, frozen fruit and chunky additions out of the chamber; add toppings after dispensing. Cleaning mode loosens residue before disassembly, rather than washing the dispensing parts and cooling area completely. Its tall, heavy body needs a permanent ventilated home. The premium makes sense for this drinks-led role; a 15-minute trial result is not a promise for every recipe.
