The Gozney Tread is a portable gas oven that makes most sense for car journeys and frequent moves around the garden. Integrated handles and a 13.5kg body are easier to manage than the heavier Gozney Roccbox, and the adjustable side flame gives you familiar gas control once set up. It cooks individual 12-inch pizzas and also accepts suitable heatproof cookware. Remember that portability includes the gas cylinder, safe table and tools, not just the oven. A launching peel is extra, and the removable stone can be awkward to lift out. The fast-cooling design is useful, but always let the oven and stone cool completely before packing or moving. If it will rarely leave the patio, the Gozney Arc Lite is a less costly way to get compact gas cooking.
