The Gozney Dome XL (Gen 2) in Bone is a substantial outdoor oven for regular entertaining. Its floor takes one 18-inch pizza, two 12-inch pizzas or three 10-inch pizzas, and the separate stone and air display helps you judge recovery between bakes. Gas, wood and charcoal give cooking flexibility, with twin food probes and optional accessories extending it beyond pizza. This is the XL, so do not use the smaller Dome's dimensions or cover when planning the installation. The oven alone weighs 73kg and needs several people and an appropriately rated support to position safely. Allow a thorough preheat and include the peel, cover, stand if needed, and any specialist wood-cooking kit in the total budget. It is excessive for occasional individual pizzas.
