Gozney
Gozney Arc Lite Gas Pizza Oven
12-inch pizza, Off Black
Editorial review Reviewed 30 October 2026 How we assess products
The Gozney Arc Lite suits regular individual pizzas when a larger outdoor oven would dominate the patio. Its adjustable side flame makes heat easier to manage, while the compact body is easier to store. Start with lightly topped pizzas and practise a smooth launch: the narrow mouth is less forgiving than the wider Arc models. Check the stone, rather than judging readiness from the flame, and allow it to recover between bakes. A launching peel and infrared thermometer are useful additions. The Arc Lite is a convincing everyday gas choice; a rotating-stone oven is easier if turning the pizza is the part you most want to avoid. Use outdoors with the manufacturer's clearances and let it cool completely before moving or covering it.
