Gaggia
Gaggia Classic GT
Dual boiler, stainless steel EG3500/10
Editorial review Reviewed 21 October 2026 How we assess products
The Gaggia Classic GT is the choice for someone who already owns a capable grinder and wants to make espresso and steam milk together. Separate PID-controlled boilers let you set brew and steam temperatures independently, while manual or preset preinfusion gives you more room to refine a recipe. The physical controls keep common tasks close to hand; you do not need an integrated grinder or automatic milk menu to get a substantial upgrade. At about £1,499, it is a costly upgrade from the Classic E24; the Sage Dual Boiler can cost less when available. Choose the Fellow Espresso Series 1 for programmable pressure profiles, or this GT when separate brewing and steam boilers matter more.
