The EcoAir Piccola 5L is a light desiccant model, which uses an absorbent material to remove moisture. It suits small spaces where freeing floor area matters. Its supplied bracket supports wall mounting, with floor-standing use also possible; three humidity settings and automatic sampling simplify control. The 1.5-litre tank and modest extraction limit larger-room use, and a conventional floor-standing unit offers better value when mounting is unnecessary. Keep access for emptying and airflow clearances. Brush or vacuum the outer filter every two weeks instead of washing it, and replace it every six months. The included hose needs suitable gravity drainage. IP24 alone does not establish safe bathroom placement: follow the exact installation manual and obtain qualified electrical advice where needed. EcoAir rates its 5L/day output at 20°C and 60% relative humidity.
