The Drew & Cole CleverChef Pro 5.7L is a useful budget pressure cooker for family meals. Its menu starts with a cooking style, then offers food presets you can adjust. Pressure, slow cook, steam, sauté, sous vide (sealed food cooked in temperature-controlled water) and multicook settings give it more scope than a simple pressure pot. A non-stick bowl, steaming basket and trivet are included; the removable lid has a resting holder and the cord detaches for storage. Presets still need adapting to the quantity and recipe. Steam release is manual, so follow the specified release method and keep clear of the outlet. Protect the coating with non-scratching utensils and clean the seal and valve parts as instructed. It suits someone who wants to explore several cooking methods without paying for an air fryer or connected controls. An uncoated steel pot or automatic release is a good reason to spend differently.
