Dreame
Dreame R20: features and buying advice
VTV97A-UK · bagless stick with two floorheads
Editorial review Reviewed 26 October 2026 How we assess products
The Dreame R20 gives you a dedicated soft roller for hard floors as well as a general floorhead, so its value rests on useful cleaning equipment rather than a long feature list. Automatic dirt sensing changes suction as conditions change, and a trigger lock lets it keep running without holding the trigger down. The compact main body also works as a handheld. The screen shows battery percentage and errors. The general head has lights; the soft roller does not. Tool connections can be stiff, some spills take several passes and debris can pool when pulling backwards. Its 90-minute maximum is favourable-condition use; Boost measured about seven minutes.
