Cuisinart Easy Prep Pro FP8U
1.9L two-bowl food processor
Editorial review Reviewed 8 October 2026 How we assess products
Easy Prep Pro is useful when you switch between a little chopped onion and a larger bowl of vegetables. Its 1.9L and 0.7L vessels hold much less liquid: maximum fills are 700ml and 300ml, with thin mixtures needing less again. The sealed small bowl can keep the outer bowl clean, while high, low and pulse give better texture control than a single-speed mini processor. The two blades and 2mm/4mm discs cover quick chopping, slicing and shredding, but discs work only in the main bowl. There is no separate blender jug, whisk or dedicated dough blade. Blades need safe storage, and the small bowl’s inner seal needs cleaning. At its current price it deserves comparison with larger PrecisionPro, rather than an automatic budget recommendation.
