The CSC066 is a useful family cooker when the meal has to fit your evening. Schedule Meal takes the food type, quantity and intended finish time, then adjusts the cooking cycle; it is different from a simple countdown or generic delayed start. Manual high/low cooking and automatic warming remain available. The 5.6L ceramic bowl is substantial to lift and cannot brown on the hob. Choose a hob-safe Morphy Richards or an in-pot searing model if browning without another pan matters more than finish-time scheduling.
