The white Cookworks MM7, also identified as P70J17P-VB, is a 17L, 700W manual microwave with two dials, six power positions and a 30-minute timer. It suits buyers who prefer manual controls and do not need digital programmes, provided its current price is competitive with larger or better-equipped alternatives. Potato and frozen-meal cooking are stronger reasons to choose it than chilled meals or defrosting. Its 24.5cm turntable limits larger cookware, and very short timings are awkward: below two minutes, turn the timer past two before returning to the required time. The body measures 44.6 × 32.3 × 24.3cm, but its instructions require 20cm at each side, 30cm above and 10cm behind. There is no child lock. The similarly named digital Cookworks is a different appliance.
