The BRITA Cube suits a kitchen that wants filtered drinking water as well as hot drinks. Its 4L tank can be topped up with a jug through the sliding lid, avoiding a heavy lift. The magnetic tray moves between cups and taller bottles, with 150ml, 250ml, 350ml and 450ml portions. Ambient water and 45°C, 65°C, 85°C and 95°C presets cover mixed drinks, but it does not boil water. MAXTRA PRO filtration and UV-C treatment add maintenance: use the filtered water within 24 hours, clean the tank by hand, follow the cartridge reminder and descale separately. Allow room to reach the lid. The narrower CASO HW770 offers finer temperature adjustment if filtered drinking water is less important. Use drinking-quality tap water; UV-C treatment does not make unsafe water suitable.
