Braun MultiQuick 5 Pro MQ55236M
1000W hand blender with 500ml chopper, whisk and 600ml beaker
Editorial review Reviewed 8 October 2026 How we assess products
Braun MultiQuick 5 Pro MQ55236M suits regular soup, smoothie and small chopping jobs. Its comfortable textured grip, manageable weight and responsive 25-setting dial make it a straightforward everyday choice. The 1000W kit includes a 500ml chopper, whisk and 600ml beaker, with two buttons to detach the shaft. Smoothies blend readily with splashes contained; the chopper produces an even vegetable mix but is noisy. Cream needs enough whisking speed. Cuisinart adds processor discs if you will use them. Dualit 88910 offers a larger jug and feed tube, but its chunkier grip, noise and suction make it a less simple daily alternative. Use a suitable higher whisk speed for cream.
